RF Microneedling
Vacuum-assisted microneedles deliver radiofrequency energy into the dermis at a controlled depth, stimulating collagen and remodelling tissue with minimal surface injury.
Mechanism
Vacuum suction stabilises the skin before 0.18 mm needles reach the preset depth and fire bipolar RF, so heat concentrates at the needle tips in the dermis and the epidermis is largely spared.
Micro thermal injuries trigger healing: immediate collagen contraction followed by new collagen and elastin over 3–6 months.
Insulated needles emit only at the tip to protect the epidermis; non-insulated needles emit along the whole contact surface for broader indications.
